The Lobby of Trump International is opulent and Inviting. Guests enter the full service Valet and are greeted by white gloved doormen and friendly staff to cater to your every need. Chandeliers are said to be like those at Mar-A-Lago.

There is a Restaurant and Lounge in the lobby (called DJT of course)  and a gift shop with sundries and collectibles. From there you enter the elevator cores which is staffed by Security personnel. As a high rise condo specialist, I notice things that others may not.  I  must say that Trump Vegas Condos have some of the fastest elevators in the city.  There are also multiple cores, with one being dedicated to the upper floors only of the 64 story tower.  The Trump building is thoughtfully designed.

On the Amenities Level there is a Full Service Spa, a Gym, a Poolside Restaurant and of course, the lavish Pool area with Cabana access and common areas to hang out and enjoy the sun.

The overall styling of this Tower differs from The Signature MGM which is rather Classic and The Palms Place Hotel-Condos which are more Modern in their interiors.

As an Agent who has been Selling and Leasing units in all of the High Rise Buildings here in the Greater Las Vegas area I find that the interior styling and the quality of furniture and other materials used at Trump International is unrivaled in elegant simplicity.

The use of space and intelligent floorplan design gives a feeling of comfort that other Hotel-Condos fall short of in my opinion. The hallways in the Trump Vegas Condos are single loaded for privacy, while others have suites on both sides of the corridors. That is just one example.

For many Hotel-Condo Owners/Investors the policy of upkeep over time of the furniture and flooring is of concern. Here in this Tower, the units look just as nice as they did over a decade ago when the project was completed. 

Each bathroom is like having a Spa experience within your own room. Depending on the orientation of the particular unit and which direction it faces, the Views of the City are incredible.
