These dues do not include cable TV or web access.  When buying a Las Vegas high rise condo, it is important to know what is included in the monthly HOA dues as each and every tower is different.
  3. SKY has a prime location right on Las Vegas Boulevard.  It is a blended building of commercial space on the street level and guard gated luxury condos. The CVS which was the building’s anchor has closed.
  4. Corner condos at SKY LAS VEGAS feature glass wrap around balconies that are about 174 sq. feet.  Other condos at Sky on the Strip have balconies with concrete surrounds.
  5. SKY LAS VEGAS is a residential condo. Therefore, nightly rentals are prohibited. SKY LAS VEGAS has a 3 month minimum rental policy.  All leases are subject to SKY LAS VEGAS HOA approval.
