This is nice for people who want to get outside and get some exercise but do not want to leave the building. Newport Lofts is the only tower that has a private track for running and / or walking. View of the entire City from every direction can be seen from the Roof and it is also a great place to hang out with friends and socialize. In terms of location, overall feel of the units / common area’s and the upkeep of the building over the years Newport Lofts remains My Top Choice when it comes to High Rise Condos in the Downtown area.
